Have you heard of “Star Wars: Magellan”? And such a game was developed not long ago, but it died in the hands of God together with its creator. Details and gameplay were revealed by the MP1st portal.

So the cooperative action RPG was made by Echtra Games, a company Zynga shut down a year ago. Work on the AAA project began in 2021 when the team changed ownership and all details were kept confidential. The public became aware of the incident thanks to a former employee of the studio who uploaded the footage to his folder.

The film shows two classes: Mandalorians armed with blasters and jetpacks, and Twi’lek Jedi armed with lightsabers and various manifestations of the Force. Also included in the framework are the mechanics of a looter shooter, as well as a variety of missions and enemies, from Imperial stormtroopers to healthy boss droids. Players must also develop relationships with NPCs. Star Wars: Magellan is created on Unreal Engine 5 and is intended for release on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
