Pearl Abyss is launching a holiday event in the MMORPG Black Desert mobile game to commemorate the first anniversary of global server unification. The events, which will take place from August 18 to September 22, are dedicated to the “Around the World” journey.
ONE is scheduled to launch on August 19, 2025, with unified servers in Asia, Japan, and Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau. As part of the anniversary, each of the five weeks will be dedicated to a different continent: Asia, Europe, America, Africa and Oceania. Players can enjoy themed events, daily gifts, and a 50% increase in combat experience during special periods.
Birthday cakes will appear in Black Desert cities. Interacting with him will increase your combat experience for 24 hours. The “Around the World” series will also be launched. By filling a special book with items earned through the game and holiday events, players will be able to unlock various power-ups and rewards. Gifts will also be given out via the weekly anniversary calendar. In addition, players will be able to fight boss Pik and obtain valuable items, including the Breath of Destruction and the Eye of Destruction.
The first week of celebrations has an Asian theme. The game will feature “collecting bright lanterns” and will have a special store where collected lanterns can be exchanged for rewards. Mourningland Market will also offer daily and weekly merchandise, including Dark Temple tickets and Tangled hours.
