RTK-CODThe full-cycle IT service provider will invest an additional 250 million rubles. Expand KII cloud infrastructure. The decision to expand the platform was driven by the increasing demand for trusted cloud infrastructure. Overall, RTK-DPC plans to allocate more than 1 billion rubles to the development of the KII Cloud by 2026.
In the first half of 2026, the amount of KII cloud computing resources requested by customers exceeded the total resources consumed in the entire year of 2025. To this end, it was decided to increase the commercial capabilities of the platform. The funds will be used to expand the KII cloud server park, which is based on independently imported solutions from Basis, Russia’s largest software developer for managing dynamic IT infrastructures, organizing virtual workplaces and providing cloud services. This increases the pool of processor cores (CPU) and random access memory (RAM) available to clients. Additional media servers will also be purchased for backup storage of customer data. In addition, funds will be used to purchase the necessary information security tools to ensure that the new part of the CII Cloud complies with the requirements of Russia’s FSTEC Order No. 117, which regulates data protection in government information systems. The purchased equipment and software are scheduled to be operational by the end of the third quarter of 2026.

«We’ve seen an increase in interest in hosting government and enterprise information systems in the KII Cloud. Customers are looking for more than just computing power, but a comprehensive ecosystem that integrates performance, dynamic resource management, and high security standards. This is exactly the approach we are developing. In addition, we rapidly increase production capacity according to customer requirements and adapt to changing needs.“,” Alexey Suravikin, Director of the Product Office of RTK-DPC “Promising Products” emphasized.
“KII Cloud” is Russia’s first multi-tenant secure cloud based on domestic software and hardware solutions. The platform has K-1, UZ-1 certificates, PCI DSS certificate (payment card data security standard), and complies with GOST 57580 (regulating the protection of information during banking and financial transactions). In “CIS Cloud”, you can place CII objects in the second important category, government information systems in the first security level, and personal data information systems in the first security level (inclusive).
