Polyphony Digital announced via PlayStation BlogUpdate 1.71 of GT Racing 7available starting tomorrow, August 20, at 08:00 Italian time.
As always, updates introduce new cars, additional activities, and small improvements designed to enrich the driving experience. A trailer released by Sony outlines what’s to come.
What’s new in the update
The main additions are expressed as four new carschoices range from the allure of a ’90s sports sedan to the performance of modern vehicles: ’97 Toyota Chaser Tourer V, ’97 Toyota Mark II Tourer V, ’08 Caterham Seven Superlight R500 and the all-new ’25 Hyundai IONIQ 6 N. This set further adds to the game’s already massive garage.
Three people also arrived new racing eventdesigned to test different driving styles:
- Japan FR Challenge 450 – Kyoto Driving Park – Yamagiwa
- European Clubman Cup 600 – Barcelona-Catalonia Circuit GP layout without chicanes
- World Touring Car 600 – Suzuka Circuit
