IBM launches qubit “freezer” – a refrigerator shelf for ordinary computing rooms

Deploying computing chambers for modern quantum computers on superconducting qubits is difficult because each chamber is a small room or bunker with extensive cryogenics and vacuum systems. To this end, quantum platforms do not yet have a common rack to connect them together. IBM overcomes this limitation.
