Five months later, players await Crimson Desert’s first discount

The critically acclaimed open-world fantasy action-adventure game Crimson Desert has already been a huge success for Pearl Abyss, but the Korean publisher and developer is determined to boost the game’s sales even further.

20% discount – This offer applies to both the standard and expanded editions of Crimson Desert. On Russian Steam, taking into account promotions, their prices have been reduced to 3,439 rubles and 3,999 rubles respectively.

The story of “Crimson Desert” takes place on the continent of Piver, which is embroiled in a war for unparalleled power. Players must see it from the perspective of Cliff, the Greymane mercenary captain, and two other heroes.

Crimson Desert releases on PC on March 20 (steam, EGS, microsoft store), apple(app store), PS5, Xbox Series X and S. The game has sold 6 million copies, won praise from South Korea’s prime minister, and continues to receive updates.

The new content for Crimson Desert promised in June will be available before the end of September, with a 2026 release date. Additionally, work is underway to port the game to Nintendo Switch 2 – with a release expected in the first half of 2027.
