Fuse Games studio has released a new gameplay trailer for arcade racer Star Wars: Galaxy Racer, which will be released on October 8. The film focuses specifically on gravity bikes – extremely fast but fragile vehicles that behave like missiles.
With a low safety factor, players must time each turn, use the momentum system to control speed, and take shortcuts through dangerously narrow side roads.
The events of the game take place after the ending of Return of the Jedi, when the collapse of the Empire cleared the way for the criminal syndicate organizing the underground Galactic Alliance in the Outer Rim. Previously, journalists have successfully compared the new product’s dynamic and destructive gameplay to the cult series Burnout.
