Sony officially announced that it will hold a large-scale information event State of Play on September 3, including two official live broadcasts, which will be conducted in strict order.
Viewers will be treated to a new batch of high-profile announcements and long-awaited trailers from the company’s in-house studios and third-party partners, with the main portion of the presentation concluding with a lengthy gameplay demo of Square Enix’s ambitious role-playing project, Final Fantasy VII Revelations.
Following the streamer, State of Play Japan’s special themed episodes will begin with the continued guidance of renowned actor Yuki Kaji, who will detail upcoming games from Japan’s leading studio. The company also warned content creators of possible music copyright issues when producing recordings and broadcasts.
