What is the film adaptation about? Set in 1993, estranged street fighters Ryu (Andrew Koji) and Ken Masters (Noah Centineo) are forced to fight together again when the mysterious Chun-Li (Carrie Leung) recruits them to compete in the next World Warrior Championship – a brutal clash of fists, fate and rage. But a deadly conspiracy lurks behind this battle royale, forcing them to compete not only with each other, but with demons from their past.
The film stars Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson as Balrog, Jason Momoa as Blanca, Noah Centineo as Ken Masters, Andrew Corgi as Ryu, Karina Liang as Chun-Li, Joe “Roman Reigns” Anoai as Akuma, and David Dastmalchian as M. Bison, Cody Rhodes as Guile, Andrew Schutz as Dan Hibiki, Vidit Jamwal as Dalsim, and Eric Andre as Don Sauvage.
