Moon Studios has decided to delay the full release of No Rest for the Wicked. Initially, the role-playing game was scheduled to exit Early Access in October, but now the developers have until March 2027 to get the project to the desired state.
The studio admits that the current version is close to the required quality, but it’s not yet good enough for a full release. The additional months will be used to improve performance, refine the class system, and generally polish the game.
But the transfer will allow Moon Studios to conduct more closed betas, with an open beta to follow in December. The developers hope to use player feedback to finalize the release of No Rest for the Wicked.
In addition, everyone who purchases the game before January 1, 2027 will receive special incentives to support the Early Access program. The pack will include a secret hideout, a new sword, a gamertag, and exclusive access to the beta test dimension. On PlayStation, pre-orders begin in January, and buyers of this version will also receive bonuses.
The full version of No Rest for the Wicked will be released first on PC (Steam) and PlayStation 5. Versions for Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch 2 will be released at a later date. The game will enter early access in April 2024.
