Blizzard Studios has launched the Sporebear Fungus Thrush mount, setting a new price standard for World of Warcraft MMORPGs. The base cost of this mount is 5,000,000 gold, which is comparable to the Legendary Caravan Brontosaurus from the Battle for Azeroth expansion.
The new item will appear in the Harlandar location with the release of patch 12.1.5 and will gain a unique mechanic for changing useful roles. Initially, buyers will have access to mailboxes and repairmen but will have to pay extra for additional services.
According to the Wowhead portal, adding an auctioneer will cost an additional 1,500,000 gold coins, while for the services of a shapeshifter, they will require 500,000 units of currency. As a result, a complete set of mounts will cost players a record 7 million gold coins.
The developers have clarified that the Spore-bearing Fungus Plover will only be available for purchase until the midnight add-on period ends. Also, improvements purchased to change NPCs will always be available, even after the sale of the creature itself ends.
