Nintendo has announced new information about the next expansion to the adorable and successful game on Switch 2. The second part of the expansion pass has yet to have a specific release date.
Pokémon Pokopia launched very successfully on Nintendo Switch 2, thus providing fresh content. With the release of “Bubbly Basin”, the first major DLC has been released and the second part of the expansion pass is on the agenda. This version is planned for release later in 2026, but a specific release date has not yet been received.
Not only did Nintendo show off a new trailer, but it also revealed some other details about the next DLC. Compared to the first add-on, Part 2 will not bring new areas to the game; this will be reserved for Part 3. The second add-on should focus on customization options.
New options include sunglasses and more, which can be equipped to the playable Ditto character and other Pokémon in your location. In addition to new items, new Pokémon will be added to the game, including Doduo, Skitty, and Braixen. Therefore, Dodrio, Delcatty, Fennekin and Delphox are also likely to be included.
