The publisher has complained to the makers of Cronus Zen and Strike Pack because third-party tools allow the devices to be used to cheat in EA games. Following the company’s appeal, content and scripts related to the EA project have been removed from Cronus Zen and Strike Pack’s public websites and their Discord servers.
EA sees this as the next step in the fight against cheating and emphasizes that it will continue to take action in multiple directions simultaneously. The developer’s goal is to maintain fair conditions for both casual and competitive play. Meanwhile, the company separately noted that it needs to focus not just on the offenders themselves, but also on the tools that give them an advantage.
