$1.7 billion in full-year revenue: Roblox shares impressive data on content creator revenue at RDC 2026 conference

Roblox shared its latest financial results at its annual developers conference (RDC 2026), reporting that content creators earned approximately $1.7 billion over the past year. Since the launch of the DevEx program, the total amount paid to developers has exceeded $5 billion.

Financial data shows a huge gap between the creators at the top of the charts and the majority of creators. While the top 10 creators earned a median income of $65.7 million that year and the top 100 creators earned a median $10.8 million, the median income of more than 42,000 DevEx program participants was approximately $1,500. The conference was also notable for an incident during CEO David Baszucki’s keynote address, when a YouTuber ran onto the stage wearing a T-shirt demanding better child protections on the platform.
