Co-op simulator ContractVille receives update 1.9, which comes with a real estate rental system

ContractVille has released version 1.9 update, adding a full-fledged property management system to the game. Now players can not only fulfill customer orders, but also purchase their own items, equip them and earn steady rental income.

As part of the rental expansion DLC, 18 apartments have appeared in the city, spread across 9 buildings. They can be purchased, arranged and put on the market to your liking. Additionally, players can purchase vacant land, build houses on it themselves using a planner, and then rent out the completed properties to residents.

The rental system provides flexible contract periods of 1, 4 or 7 days, allowing owners to adjust their income according to their own plans. However, with the profits come new risks: Tenants may leave trash behind, contaminate recently cleaned windows, or even take away furniture.

The version 1.9 update also includes important technical improvements and introduces new activities for the community. The main innovation remains the rental expansion, which turns ContractVille from a game about fulfilling construction orders into a simulator of a small business owning your own real estate.
