Fujifilm launches miniature digital camera Polaroid 2It features a non-standard design in the spirit of classic cameras. It’s still a very modern device and costs $169.95.

Unlike most digital cameras in this series, the new Fujifilm Instax Pal 2 does not print snapshots directly. In appearance, the device resembles a squat film camera; in particular, there is an optical viewfinder, a prominent shutter button, and a top display for viewing and framing; it supports photo filters, and there is a new animation shooting mode in which the camera takes ten frames and combines them into an animated mini-movie.
Fujifilm Instax Pal 2 works with the Instax Pal app. It allows you to use your smartphone as a remote control to release the shutter via Bluetooth connection; it also supports USB Type-C connection. You can take pictures with your camera and send them to your Instax wireless printer. There is a microSD memory card slot. Supports switching between Instax Mini, Instax Square or Instax Wide formats; in the app, you can add filters, text and stickers to photos.
The Fujifilm Instax Pal 2 digital camera will be available before the end of this month. It will be available in black or white, with a US MSRP of $169.95.
