Conan Exiles Enhanced Edition has received update 2.2.0, which not only brings new items to the Bazaar, but also major technical changes. The game has been migrated to Unreal Engine 5.8.2 and the new Iris network system.

The main innovation points are related to the network part. Developed by Epic Games, Iris has changed the way it handles synchronization objects: the server no longer needs to constantly process each object individually for each player, as the system only sends updates when actually needed. The developers anticipate this will reduce server load, especially on large bases with a large number of players and buildings.

According to the team, testing has shown the most significant improvement in server performance since using the enhanced version. However, it’s impossible to completely escape the restrictions – players can still build at scale. Along with the technology upgrade comes new enhanced graphics settings, as well as fixes for performance, stability, modifications, gameplay and visual issues.

Meanwhile, Harper’s Bazaar begins rotating new sets containing armor, weapons, and decorations. These include “Living Shadow”, “Sentinel of the Triumvirate”, “Breaker of Will”, “Priest King’s Sacristy” and “Spyrian Clothing”.
