Publisher Ubisoft, along with Ubisoft Montpellier and Ubisoft Milan, have announced the transfer of Rayman Legends Retelling. The remastered version of the platformer was originally scheduled to release on October 1, 2026, but is now scheduled for release on December 3, 2026. The game will be available simultaneously on all platforms – Xbox Series X | S, PlayStation 5, Switch 2 and PC.
Meanwhile, the developer said that Rayman Legends Retold has officially “entered prime,” meaning that major development has been completed and the project is ready for release. Despite this, the team decided to delay the release by two months to further refine certain elements and place a greater emphasis on quality.
Ubisoft has announced that they will begin sharing additional material for the game in September. On September 22, the publisher plans to release a trailer outlining the key features of Rayman Legends Recapture. On the same day, some media will also release previews.
Let us remind you that Rayman Legends Retold is an updated version of the platformer Rayman Legends released in 2013. Previously, the developers explained in detail how the game will differ from the original. In addition to improved graphics, players can also look forward to new content.
