Active Matter has received one more update following its release. Version 0.4.0.122 adds a shell appearance editor, a new warp type and some changes to raids, where veterans will receive additional rewards for their activity leading up to the game’s release.
The appearance of the shell can now be changed via the new beta menu in the character select window. A more dangerous kind of Twister has also appeared in the world: these opponents are more powerful than usual and can summon their loved ones with a cry. Dynamic evacuation points have appeared in Dogorsk Assault, and some missions and mechanics have been adjusted. For example, players can no longer resurrect comrades after turning into a monster, and active substances dropped during the transformation will still remain next to the equipment.
We didn’t forget about the interface. The menu for adding medicine and ammunition no longer closes after each selection, empty first aid kits are stacked again, and weight information shows its impact on running speed. Additionally, the developers have fixed a number of visual and technical bugs and eliminated performance issues when entering combat with film grain enabled.
In addition, the developers will issue additional benefits to players who complete Monolith levels and set a release schedule for September 10th. Veterans who reset their progress at least five times during the first attunement cycle will receive 10 “Red Shard” camouflages and can purchase more in the store.
