The developer of the long-awaited MMORPG “AION 2” announced that it has officially started preloading the game client part. All players who want to break into the server as part of Advanced Access on September 30th can download the necessary files in advance by purchasing the Founder’s Pack.
You can download the client from the official Steam page or through NCSoft’s proprietary Purple launcher.
The project team paid special attention to important technical nuances:
- Archives downloaded in advance arrive in encrypted form.
- On the day Early Access begins, clients will need to decrypt the data (a full game reinstall is not required).
- The duration of the decompression process will depend on the performance of your PC (a fast SSD hard drive is highly recommended), while the access time will depend on the speed of your network.
