Grokipedia, the online encyclopedia created by xAI (now SpaceXAI), is starting to show signs of activity after months of hiatus. In August, news broke that articles on the platform had not been checked for changes since April; now the page has recently logged some changes. However, many of them are simply notes that say “check all references and sources.”

The site only recently became active again. A note on former U.S. President Barack Obama’s page from two days ago said the article had been “Grok fact-checked,” and just recently, an article about SpaceX CEO Elon Musk was similarly fact-checked.
The platform’s administrators also began to show some activity: a reporter edge Request to update the Gears of War: E-Day page to mark the October 6th release date; and create a page dedicated to Meta AI agents✴ Muse – The first request has been accepted and the second request has been submitted for consideration. SpaceXAI has yet to make any official comment on the fate of the project, and Elon Musk has not written an article about Grokipedia on the social network X page since then. Februarydespite his assurance a year ago that Grokipedia would be much better than Wikipedia.
However, X and SpaceX AI design lead Benji Taylor said last week ensureThe company hasn’t forgotten about Grokipedia, and “Version 0.2 will be better than ever” – However, version 0.2 was launched back in November last year.
