As you can imagine, the survey was launched due to numerous rumors that Microsoft is planning to release some Xbox exclusives on PlayStation and Nintendo Switch. In fact, nothing is official, and we have also seen several denials over the past few days… but the dream is worth a lot, and it is very interesting to look at the results of the vote, in which about 12,000 people took part in total.
Let us reiterate that at this time there is no official confirmation as to whether Xbox exclusives will be released on PS5 and Nintendo Switch. The rumors began with talk of Hi-Fi Rush and Sea of Thieves, but quickly escalated to Gears of War and Indiana Jones, as well as possible significant changes to Game Pass. However, in the last few hours we have seen a decrease in the overall tone and even some denials, for example about Starfield.
The only thing that is certain is that we will soon know the truth. Microsoft is planning a “business update” next week that will clarify the future of Xbox and this proposed strategy.
