The community is so eagerly waiting for a paid DLC to be released to the market, it seems to be an indirect testimony about the quality of the video game itself. This is what is currently happening with Elden Ring fans who are still patiently waiting for the arrival of paid DLC / expansion – “Shadow of the Erdtree” for Elden Ring which has never shown its nose. So far, we have only been presented with a mysterious teaser image which is even enough to give birth to various lore theories lasting tens of minutes. So, what’s up with this DLC?
In the midst of this thirst for just updates, From Software’s parent company – Kadokawa has come up with short information that is at least reassuring. On the FAQ page for their latest financial report, Kadokawa emphasized that From Software is still working hard to complete the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. Unfortunately, at this time, they also cannot provide any information regarding the release window. Kadokawa’s gaming division also contributed positively in their latest financial report, which came from the strength of the releases of Elden Ring and Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon.
