Paldea’s Destiny has been on newsstands for a few weeks now, but the launch of the products of the new Pokémon TCG expansion would not have been complete without the second wave of Paldean Doom releaseswhich includes many new features for collectors and trainers on the hunt for chromatic little monsters.
As the most attentive will remember, Destiny of Paldea is a set full of shiny Pokémon, among which we also find several little monsters much loved by fans of the franchise, such as Mew, Gardevoir, Pikachu and even Charizard. The expansion, however, is not part of the mainline releases of the Pokémon TCG, but is rather a special set, and for this reason it is not sold in the classic bulk packs. Instead, the set is available in a series of collectible products: some of these were released in late January, while others arrived on February 8th. Finally, one last product will be released at the end of the month.
Like all Pokémon TCG sets, Destiny of Paldea will have a dedicated ETB, or a Star Player Trainer Set, which in this round will be aimed at the chromatic version of the Ghost Pokémon Mimikyu. The ETB contains nine Paldea’s Destiny packs, a shiny Mimikyu promo card, a deck of Energy cards and an expansion guide, as well as a set of dice, coins and damage counters: everything you need to start playingIn short.
They are also available in stores three Collections with sticker by Greavard, Fidough and Maschiffwhich cost 18.90 Euros and which include three expansion packs of Paldea’s Destiny, a shiny version promo card of the reference Pokémon and a sticker of the latter, which you can stick wherever you like.
More coveted by collectors will be the Collezioni Premium di Skeledirge-ex, Quaquaval-ex e Meowscarada-ex, or of the three Starters of Paldea. The Collections cost 52.90 Euros each and include 8 expansion packs, three holographic promo cards of the ninth generation Starters and their respective evolutionary lines (obviously all in the chromatic version) and an oversized promotional card of the former version of Skeledirge, Quaquaval and Meowscarada .
To these products are then added the three collectible tins of Ironfurrow, Grandizanne and Charizard-ex Shiny, all available at 23.90 Euros and which contain four expansion packs and a promotional card dedicated to the little monster which you can also find imprinted on the cover of the tin. Then there are well five mini-tins with two sachets of Destino di Paldea each, sold for 12.90 Euros or in bundles for around 60 Euros, depending on the retailer you turn to.
To conclude, the bundle of six packs of Paldea’s Destinywhich replicates the successful formula of the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet – 151 bundles and which includes six expansion packs, sold in a deck box at a price that should fluctuate around 30 Euros.
