However, the snapshots were not taken with an integrated photo mode – which is why fans are vehemently demanding this feature in the comments. Like the user @Jim2Point0 explained, the cheat engine software had to be used in order to be able to create the screenshots in Enshrouded in this form. For this purpose, the user installed a free camera that allowed any perspective for the screenshots. Using “some reshade and depth of field magic,” Jim2Point0 ultimately created the images at a resolution of 7,680 x 3,240 pixels.

However, outside of the specific context, a photo mode does not seem to be a popular feature for Enshrouded among the general public. A look at the game’s website called “Feature Upvote” reveals that other functions are more desired. A weather system or different levels of difficulty are mentioned.
