For Xbox Series X | S update number 2408.240208-2200 has been released for Alpha Skip-Ahead level insiders. The description of this update says that now on Xbox Series X | S players get “improved loading speeds for content while running games,” thanks to additional optimizations carried out by the Microsoft team.
Member of the Xbox Insider program under the name IdleSloth84 published comparisons on his social networks that show truly significant improvements in content loading speed when games are running in the background. Below you can see his tests.

As noted by the user who conducted the tests, he usually downloaded content at a speed of 40-80 Mbps when other games were running. Thus, the result of the content loading speed has increased significantly.
At the moment, Microsoft does not specify when the update with the new feature will be available to all players.
