With the Palworld roadmap, we know that Pocketpair is working on several new features arriving soon within its survival game including Raids, PvP and cross-play. But during the development of the game several other mechanics and elements were programmed and then removed along the way.
Initially created via the graphics engine UnityPocketpair then moved on toUnreal Enginea change that led the team to modify several aspects of Palworld given the team’s inexperience with the engine Epic Games. It is precisely for this reason that several contents were ultimately cut, although the community of Palworld enthusiasts hope for their possible return in the future through DLC and various updates.
Based on what was shown in the old trailers of the work, through Reddit the community has collected all the elements removed from Palworld during development. At least 20 contents would have been lost with the passage of time, and all of various nature: from the possibility of obtaining wool from the Lamballs to the cages with which to transport the Pal, from villages that can be destroyed to sniper rifles with built-in sights, from lassos with which to immobilize the Pals to the possibility of building rockets, passing through a kingdom in the skies, fishing, vessels to navigate the seas and combat arenas. These are just some of the contents cut by Palworld, some of which are also potentially very interesting.
Given the enormous success of the Palworld phenomenon, it cannot be ruled out that Pocketpair could invest resources to actually recover some of these aspects, so as to make its survival increasingly rich and varied in the months to come. What would you like to see in the future within Palworld?
