Recently, interesting things happened to the game Lies of P: apparently, the developers accidentally published an unprotected EXE file intended for internal debugging, and then released another update without protection Denuvo already on a regular EXE file.
However, the developers’ future plans regarding protection in this game were still unclear: many users assumed that even though the game had become available online, the developers would not give up protecting the game, since at least one major DLC, and the developers did not remove the mention of Denuvo protection from the game page.
However, it seems that the fears were in vain: yesterday the developers officially removed the mention of Denuvo protection from the game page in Steam – thus, all subsequent additions and updates for the game will now definitely be available online on the day of release.
Judging by the published art from the developers, the action in the upcoming add-on will take place on a ship. The game is already available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X.
