Developer Laps Games and publisher Iceberg Interactive have unveiled their latest update for Land of the Vikings. The teams once again took feedback from the community and added an improved resource management UI and a new map to the game.
The latest update includes the first two announced improvements from the post-launch roadmap. It adds a resource management user interface designed to enhance player enjoyment and introduces a new map.
Gone are the days when you didn’t know how many resources a settlement had and couldn’t keep track of them. Players can now effectively track and use their resources with a sleeker, more refined resource management UI. The update allows them to easily control the production and consumption of their Vikings.
Dive into uncharted territories to build new settlements. Get ready to build new cities amidst breathtaking landscapes. The new map promises a new series of opportunities and challenges with a new set of explorable areas where players can discover the wonders that await in these uncharted lands.
In Land of the Vikings, players take on the role of a Jarl. As Jarl, they must overcome obstacles and difficulties to build a prosperous Viking settlement in the icy Scandinavian landscape. Focusing on strategic management and objectives, players must avoid threats to secure the future of their settlement. The Jarls must manage the resources, skills and abilities of each unique Viking to help their settlement withstand harsh weather and natural disasters. Players can trade, raid and plunder neighboring villages and design their settlements as they wish.
