Kuro Games is preparing to open the closed beta gates for its upcoming action RPG Wuthering Waves and is celebrating the occasion by revealing the opening scenes.
The Chinese developer has released a video showing off a scene at the beginning of the game for male and female characters. It is certainly mysterious and contains quite powerful symbolism.
The closed beta version starts on February 26, and will be available on both PC and mobile platforms.
It’s also NDA-free, meaning those who didn’t get an invite will be able to watch a ton of gameplay just by checking out YouTube and Twitch. It’s inevitable that many will share their footage when the floodgates open.
This is the game’s second closed beta, and the developers have significantly reworked it based on the feedback received during the first round. It will be interesting to see how the changes are received.
While the beta will only be available on PC, iOS and Android, we already know that Wuthering Waves will also be coming to PS5 and PS4, following a trend seen in games like Genshin Impact and Tower of Fantasy. Of course, we don’t yet know when this will happen.
