Continue with the main quest
We know very well that in games like Skull & Bones it is easy to get lost and, as soon as they have the chance, it often happens that players start dedicating themselves to a series of side activities with the aim of accumulating resources and upgrades. In the case of the Ubisoft title, however, it would be preferable to avoid deviations from the main quest. Continue in story by John Scurlock in fact, it corresponds to the fastest way to level up and access both upgrades and stronger ships. Once you have achieved your goal, you can then dedicate yourself to everything else using the equipment obtained thanks to the story.
Choose your prey carefully
The most effective method to accumulate Silver in Skull & Bones is to destroy enemy ships, but not all of them allow you to obtain the same amount of coins and some carry a richer load than others. In this regard, we suggest you always take a look with the scope when you find yourself faced with numerous potential targets, so as to understand which ones are the most attractive: just move the cursor on the ship to make a table appear on the right side of the screen which indicates the rewards that can be obtained thanks to its destruction. In addition to being an excellent strategy for spotting enemies with the best loot, this technique allows you to avoid the strongest vessels, which could put you in serious difficulty and interrupt your looting journey.
Extra loot
Regardless of whether or not you have analyzed the ship you are attacking, in Skull & Bones it is always best to avoid sinking the target. Destroying the opposing ship is not only a risk for the loot it is carrying, which could get lost in the seabed, but also means that you give up a series of extra rewards. It's enough board enemy ships to be sure that everything they carry ends up in your pockets and that you also get some extra objects, not visible when analyzing the means of transport with the telescope.
Get the crowbar
Those who want to easily accumulate Silver in Skull & Bones must not only attack the enemy ships that roam the map, since there are also many wrecks which hide rich treasures. Unfortunately, however, these semi-destroyed vehicles are inaccessible to those who do not have access to crowbaran accessory thanks to which pirates can sneak into shipwrecks and steal every last silver coin. Fortunately, it won't be difficult at all to get this gadget, since it is the reward of one of the main missions that are completed during the first hour of the Ubisoft action RPG. Once you get your hands on the crowbar, don't hesitate to stop at any wreck encountered during your raids.
Purchase the projects
Now that we have explained the best methods to obtain large quantities of Silver in Skull & Bones, it is good that you also know how to spend this precious resource. The best way to invest the Silver that you have put aside with difficulty is to proceed with thepurchase of projectswhich in fact represent the central element for progression. Once you have your hands on the projects, you can go to the workstations blacksmith or of carpenter to produce ships and equipment that will allow you to be stronger and face any danger. Free the hold
In Skull & Bones it is essential to manage the ship's load, since if you don't make the most of the few slots available you risk not being able to collect all the loot during your journeys. In this regard, it is a good idea to constantly stop at the base to deposit any precious material that is not needed for survival in the warehouse. Simply put, you're better off getting rid of everything except the foodof the ship repair kit and of ammunition.
Pirate bonfire
Scattered around the Skull & Bones map are the so-called Pirate Bonfires, which are huge bonfires that have great utility. By getting off the ship and going to one of these checkpoints, you can interact with it by pressing the appropriate button and obtain a temporary boost lasting 20 minutes. During all this time, your stamina will receive an important boost thanks to which the ship will move at maximum speed without wasting energy. If you don't feel like stopping at one of these stations, know that a similar effect can be achieved through the consumption of certain dishes.
Turn on subtitles on the ship
As you well know, Skull & Bones is not dubbed into Italian, but Ubisoft still decided to include subtitles in our language. In this regard, we suggest you keep the subtitles active on the ship (which are linked to a different option than the traditional ones). The reason is really simple: when you sail, you can listen to the comments of the crew and in some cases it is really useful to listen to what they have to say. For example, it could happen that your allies inform you of the presence in an enemy ship of the resources necessary to advance the main plot, so that you can immediately understand which objective to head towards.
