Instead, players will receive Super Meat Boy Forever.
The Epic Games Store is preparing a free distribution of three parts of the Fallout series. Game distribution starts on February 22 and will continue until February 29.
Update
Some time after the announcement, Epic Games' plans changed. Now from February 22 to 29, the Epic Games Store will give away Super Meat Boy Forever for free; the site did not specify why the distribution of the three Fallout parts was canceled.
The first parts of the franchise will be included in the free distribution, but you can’t count on Fallout 3. Along with the first and second parts of Fallout, the store will give away the isometric Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel.
It’s not entirely clear why the Epic Games Store decided to give away Fallout games right now. In any case, we are not talking about anniversaries: the first parts of Fallout were released in the fall, Brotherhood of Steel was released in mid-March.
Most likely, players from Russia will be able to pick up three parts of Fallout for free only on foreign accounts and only using a VPN.
