The Xiaomi 14 Ultra will be officially presented globally on February 25th, at the Mobile World Congress 2024, in Barcelona. But before that, the equipment will be presented in China on the 22nd and official details have already started to be revealed.
Through its official account on the Weibo social network, Xiaomi began sharing the first official images of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra. The device was shown in black and white, with a design that maintains the main lines of its predecessor, with some design differences.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra with an increasingly premium appearance
Most noticeable at the rear is the golden ring around the circular island of chambers. This gives a premium touch to the smartphone's design, which will compete directly with rivals such as the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra or the iPhone 15 Pro Max.
As rumored, the smartphone will be available with a vegan leather back finish. Apparently, we should have a flat frame, but with a slight curvature at the back that should improve ergonomics with the equipment.
The front part of the equipment is not revealed in these images. But the terminal must follow the trends, with increasingly reduced margins and a small punch-hole for the front camera. Where the images are not clear is whether the terminal will have a curved or flat screen on the sides. Remember that the trend has been to flatten screens.
As we previously shared, Xiaomi will also present a tablet at this event. It's called Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro, and it will be the third tablet in this generation of equipment from the brand. Apparently, the device will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, a 12.4-inch screen with a 144 Hz refresh rate and charging of up to 120 W.
