Haters hate, and developers rule. It turns out so.
Bethesda has released patch 1.9.67 for the role-playing game Starfield, which added support for FSR 3 and XeSS technologies on PC. Until now, only FSR 2 and DLSS 3 have been officially implemented in the project. The update also corrected some technical errors affecting the performance and operation of DLSS.
Let us remind you that the patch with support for FSR 3 has been in the testing stage since February 7 – only Steam users who downloaded the beta version of Starfield could evaluate all the innovations.
The development team intends to continue releasing patches for Starfield in 2024. According to reports, updates will be released every six weeks – Bethesda itself stated this. Soon the game will get city maps and new ways of moving. Finally, a story addition called Shattered Space should be released in 2024.
The previous big patch came out in January of this year. Starfield will go on sale on PC, Xbox Series X and S on September 6, 2023. The project was received rather coolly by the players; at the time of writing this material, it had over 94 thousand reviews, of which 62% were positive.
