As we have been saying, many of the monitors that were previously considered fantastic, with QHD resolution, large dimensions, equipped with IPS LCD panels, etc… Are nowadays becoming extremely cheaper, because manufacturers are increasingly investing in OLED or QD-OLED technology.
This means we have excellent opportunities in the market! After all, even though they are not based on the latest technology, what was incredible yesterday is still excellent today.
But, perhaps more important than all of this, is the fact that even some of the QD-OLED and OLED monitors hitting the market are doing so at extremely interesting prices.
OLED monitors are getting cheaper!
Therefore, as you can imagine, not all manufacturers are launching wallet-friendly models, and of course, saying “wallet-friendly” is a bit debatable, as we continue to talk about prices that are quite high for the reality of various types of consumers.
Still, MSI, which has been betting heavily on QD-OLED in its latest range of monitors, has just launched a new range that starts at $799. A very interesting value for the technology and specifications that the model in question brings to the table. An extremely interesting strategy, which should push other manufacturers to do the same, as is the case with ASUS, and of course, Samsung.
We are therefore talking about monitors that start at 27 inches, and go up to 32 and 49 inches. The technical specifications are extremely similar between models, with 4K panels, 0.3ms response time, 240Hz frame refresh rate, among other things.
MSI 321URX QD-OLED 32″ – US$949.99
MSI 271QRX QD-OLED 27″ – US$799.99
MSI 491CQP QD-OLED 49″ – US$1,099.99
