The first three Tomb Raider parts have been available as remasters since last week, but this may not be the end of the new editions of the action series. An Easter egg in the game suggests a remaster of Tomb Raider IV.
The cult series Tomb Raider brought back the first three games in the form of remastered versions last week, offering a new generation of players the opportunity to catch up. These and long-time fans can probably look forward to further new editions. At least Tomb Raider IV could already be planned internally – an Easter egg in Tomb Raider III Remastered suggests this.
Tomb Raider IV: The Last Revelation was originally released in 1999 and may also be making a comeback. Twitter user Daniel found the Easter egg in Tomb Raider III Remastered that suggests this.
On a screen in the high-security compound in the game you will find the screen of a radar, which at first seems quite inconspicuous, but upon closer inspection reveals interesting details. In the top left corner you will find a row of numbers that ultimately corresponds to the release date of Tomb Raider I-III Remastered. On the right side there is the word “Next” along with coordinates – and these coordinates correspond to those of Giza. This is one of the most important locations in Tomb Raider IV.

Next we should go back to Giza, especially since the radar itself could symbolize the planetarium in the game's Lost Library. The spiral could correspond to the structure above Lara's statue in Cleopatra's Palace – also two iconic locations in the game.
Even in Tomb Raider II Remastered there is a reference to the fourth part of the series. There are two screens there that show the original release dates of the first four games – and not just those of parts 1 to 3. The signs really seem to be increasing that the earlier Tomb Raider games are in remasters -Form will continue.
