Good news for YouTube Music users: the web version of the platform should soon have a feature for downloading music. This functionality will be useful for times when there is no Internet access, similar to what already occurs with other streaming services.
Interface brings organization to music and podcasts for offline listening

The news was discovered by the 9to5Google page. In an attempt to search the desktop version of music.youtube.com on Google Chrome, the site came across a new window where any downloads should appear.
To access the new page, it was necessary to turn off Wi-Fi, as the link does not load completely when the computer is connected. The link found is as follows:
https://music.youtube.com/browse/FEmusic_offline
4GNews tested the link and the page, in fact, exists. For us, however, it only appeared while we were connected to Wi-Fi. Still, the URL references offline music, which seems to confirm that the new feature could arrive soon.

In the new space found by 9to5Google, we can see that YouTube Music has created a section where downloadable songs and podcast episodes should be available.
Although it already has a menu to organize songs, albums and podcasts, the interface of the new section does not seem to be 100% ready. There is still no expected launch date for the new functionality and the expectation is that the feature will reach exclusively for subscribers of the Premium service.
