Google's new flagships were released a few months ago now, and compared to their predecessors, the Pixel 8 had a higher price when they were released, which earned them some criticism in passing. It is therefore without problem that we can recommend the Pixel 7 Pro, which currently benefits from a 45% discount and still has some nice leftovers.

Where to buy
Google Pixel 7 Pro at the best price?
A smartphone that still excels in photography
The Google Pixel 7 Pro may have been replaced, but it still remains among the best cameras on the market. It consists of a 50 Mpx wide-angle main sensor (f/1.85), a 12 Mpx ultra-wide-angle sensor (f/2.2) and a 48 Mpx x5 telephoto lens (f/3, 5). With this configuration, the 7 Pro succeeds in all its shots thanks to the image processing which works wonders, not to mention the Super Res Zoom. A zoom using machine learning to go up to x30 or even Cinematic Blur which adds background blur to videos running up to 4K 60 fps.
Gifted in photography, it highlights an Amoled screen with a diagonal of 6.7 inches. It offers a QHD+ definition (3,120 x 1,440 pixels) with an adaptive refresh rate ranging from 10 to 120 Hz. If the colorimetry of the screen does not keep the manufacturer's promises, the brightness is more than 1300 cd/ m², which is excellent.
With less performance
Inside the phone, we are entitled to the Tensor G2 chip. It ensures, without flinching, all everyday uses, with no lag on the horizon. On the other hand, it is far from being able to match its ultra-high-end competitors since it struggles to run 3D games with high graphics quality. We will especially appreciate it for its software interface. With the “Pixel Experience”, we are entitled to a user experience, now under Android 14, which is particularly fluid and very pleasant. Google also offers multiple practical options, such as very rich customization. On the other hand, you will have to settle for three major updates, compared to 7 on the new Pixel 8 and 8 Pro.
Finally, the Google Pixel 7 Pro is equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery with which we measured an autonomy of a day and a half during our test. Reaching the end of the second day should be possible thanks to the ultra battery saver. As for recharging, this smartphone accepts a maximum power of 23 W and not 30 W as Google claims; it takes around two hours to recover all its energy.
