Announced in the 1st quarter of 2023 as Samsung's new affordable option, the Galaxy A14 was launched with basic specifications and a focus on cost-benefit. The model features a 6.6-inch PLS LCD screen on the front with FHD+ resolution (1080 x 2408 pixels) and a standard refresh rate of 60 Hz, as well as a teardrop notch for the 13 megapixel selfie camera.
At the rear, in turn, there is a triple camera configuration with the following arrangement: 50 MP (main) + 5 MP (utrawide) + 2 MP (macro), offering a lot of versatility for photographs. Moving on to the internal hardware, the device is equipped with the MediaTek Helio G80 chipset and Mali-G52 MP2 GPU, in addition to 4 GB of RAM with 64 GB of ROM.
The device's connectivity supports 4G, Port P2, Dual Band Wi-Fi (2.4 and 5 GHz) and Bluetooth 5.0. Like other entry-level cell phones from the South Korean brand, this one also has a 5,000 mAh battery with 15W charging and autonomy for more than a day, varying depending on the usage profile.
The dimensions of 167.7 x 78 x 9.1 mm ensure a compact format for the device. This model runs the One UI 5 interface running under Google's Android 13 operating system.
