Activision has announced the global release date for the mobile multiplayer first-person shooter Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile. The game will be released on March 21, 2024 and will be available for free on iOS and Android devices. It is worth noting that the game will be blocked in Russia.
“Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile has been in limited release for the past year, where we've been collecting feedback, fixing bugs, and constantly optimizing the game to make it one of the best available at launch worldwide. This time spent with Limited Edition players has proven invaluable, with dozens of major updates released, thousands of bugs fixed, and new content and features added,” the announcement reads.
At launch, Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile will feature two large Battle Royale maps, Verdansk and Rebirth Island, as well as various multiplayer modes on familiar maps. Additionally, progression will be combined with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and Call of Duty: Warzone, so players will be able to level up their account, Battle Pass, and weapons across multiple games at once.
Let us remind you that a trial launch of Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile took place earlier. The game is currently only available in Australia, Sweden, Chile, Norway, Germany and Malaysia. However, if you bypass the limitation and download the client, you can transfer all the content to the release version.
