Oppo once again focuses its attention on Europe. During Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024, the manufacturer confirmed that the next Find flagship series will be launched in all countries where Oppo has previously been present.
The expression “next generation of the Find series”, however, indicates that the Find X7 Ultra is unfortunately not expected to arrive in Europe, and we will have to wait for the Find X8 series and/or the Find N4 foldables.
The expectation is that Oppo Reno smartphones will also return throughout 2024, which should provide good mid-range and premium options.

Following a legal dispute over 5G patents with Nokia, in 2021, Oppo stopped sales of its products in Europe. Last month, however, the two manufacturers signed a multi-year cross-licensing agreement.
Under the new agreement, Oppo will make royalty payments to Nokia, as well as catch-up payments to cover periods of non-payment. The decision once again opened the doors for Oppo's return to Europe.
Another big announcement made by Oppo at MWC 2024 was a 3-year partnership with the Telefónica group, based in Spain. The new agreement will be of great help for the brand's return to the European market.
Initially, the partnership indicates that Oppo will resume its sales in Europe through operators in at least the 4 countries in which Telefónica operates: Spain, Germany, Ireland and the United Kingdom.
