The Redmi K70e, Redmi K70 and Redmi K70 Pro are the first Xiaomi devices to hit the market with the HyperOS interface based on Android 14. The Redmi K70e is the first device in the world to feature MediaTek's Dimensity 8300 Ultra platform.

Update (12/20/23) – JB
In a new post shared this Wednesday, Redmi confirmed that the K70 line has already surpassed the mark of 1 million units sold in China alone.
According to the company's internal data, this new sales record was achieved in around 14 days on the market, with around 600,000 sold in just the first five minutes of December 1st.
One of the points that makes the devices so successful is, without a shadow of a doubt, the competitive price combined with powerful specifications.
The Redmi K70 family has three models: Redmi K70e, Redmi K70 and Redmi K70 Pro with Dimensity 8300-Ultra, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chips, respectively.
For now, there is still no exact date for these devices to be made official outside of China. Still, there are cases where they will be sold under the POCO brand.
An example of this is that the K70e should be known as POCO X6 Pro 5G, while the K70 Pro could be called POCO F6 Pro.
