To celebrate the release of “Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth,” learn more about the creative minds behind the original “Final Fantasy VII” and the “Final Fantasy VII” remake project in a short film.
In this short film, “Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth” creative director Tetsuya Nomura, producer Yoshinori Kitase and director Naoki Hamaguchi drive through the streets of Tokyo in two legendary Porsche 911s – a classic car from 1997 and the latest model from 2024. They look at the Legacy of “Final Fantasy VII” (released in 1997) and what it was like to launch this groundbreaking RPG and break completely new ground. To celebrate this collaboration, the Porsche Experience Center Los Angeles added a Porsche 911 with a special “Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth” design to its fleet.

We congratulate the entire development team at Square Enix on this highly anticipated release and continue to be inspired by dreamers like them.”
