For now, the project will be released only in early access.
The RPG No Rest for the Wicked, the next project from Moon Studios, known for the Ori series, will be released on April 18, 2024. The developers announced this date during a broadcast dedicated to the project.
First, No Rest for the Wicked will be released in early access: you can try the game on Steam. The developers cannot yet say when No Rest for the Wicked will leave early access; at this point the game will appear on consoles.
The first version of No Rest for the Wicked will contain one chapter of the story campaign and a number of side quests. By going through them, players will be able to learn more about the world invented by the developers for the new project.
from the game description
You are a Kerim, one of a sect of mystical warriors endowed with extraordinary abilities and vowed to end the Blight at any cost.
However, the task becomes more difficult as the adventure forces you to plunge into the painful life of the common people and unwittingly plunges you into the maelstrom of political intrigue that takes place in the tormented land. Chaos will pull you in every direction as you strive to cleanse the land of evil and determine the fate of the kingdom.
In addition, the early version of the game will have several bosses and a crafting system that allows you to improve equipment and customize it to suit your gameplay style.
Players will also be able to build their own home and explore the Cerim Crucible, a replayable dungeon. There will be more such dungeons in the future.
By release, the developers plan to add co-op and PvP to No Rest for the Wicked, complete the storyline, and introduce new enemies and bosses. Additional armor, weapons and other items will appear, and the game world will be expanded.
