A few days ago there was talk about Elon Musk, who had sued OpenAI. Having said that, the most recent news is that, this time, the person being sued was Elon Musk himself. In the case in question, four former Twitter executives complain that they owe around $128 million in compensation.
As Tech Crunch states, when purchasing Twitter, currently X, one of Musk's first decisions was to fire the former CEO, Parag Agrawal, CFO Ned Segal and lawyers Sean Edgett and Vijaya Gadde.
The process includes the alleged animosity that Musk felt towards these former executives. In the same, Elon Musk even said, if possible, he would “hunt each one” of these four elements “until the day they die”.
Musk reportedly fired the four former executives for “gross negligence” and misconduct

As stated by the four accusers, the dismissal letters did not mention any valid reason to prove the alleged “serious negligence” and “intentional misconduct” that they had committed on Twitter.
Still regarding the process, the “accusers” go further and say that Elon Musk keeps money for himself, even in situations where he shouldn't. The process reads: “it's the rule of Musk's game: keep the money that other people are entitled to and force them to go to court. Even when he loses, Mr. Musk can seek resources and expenses for other people who have no means” (via RTP).
Musk has already been sued, for the same reasons, by other former Twitter employees
Although the four names mentioned are more impressive, remember that this is not the first time that we have heard about the non-payment of severance pay, associated with Musk. As Tech Crunch reports, Elon Musk was even sued by former Twitter employees, who also claim they did not receive compensation.
As mentioned in the process itself, Elon Musk will be in debt to Agrawal, Segal, Gadde and Edgett, in amounts of 57.4, 44.5, 20 and 6.8 million dollars.
