The mechs come and present themselves in “Helldivers 2” as EXO-45 Patriot Exosuits. Arrowhead draws attention to this in a tweet that has just been published.
After the mechs were confirmed before the launch of “Helldivers 2”, a Gameplay-Leak deutlichthat activation is imminent. And the developers of Arrowhead are actually preparing for the arrival of the armed monsters.
The approaching activation was confirmed on the official Twitter/X account of “Helldivers 2”. However, the team couldn't get an exact date out of it.
Mechs will be brought into the game soon
Players of “Helldivers 2” apparently don’t have to wait too long anymore. “Soon” they will be able to use the 'Mechs to promote a controlled democracy.
In the tweet in question, Arrowhead Game Studios announced: “Helldivers! The EXO-45 Patriot exosuits are in full production at Tien Kwan's factories. Soon ready for use on the battlefield!”
The tweet is accompanied by a picture showing the mechs – or EXO-45 Patriot exosuits:

It appears that motorized support will “soon” play a crucial role in the fight for galaxy supremacy. It's no longer just something you can see in a trailer or leaked videos.
More to come, as further gameplay leaks suggest. Also Combat vehicles were spotted and suggest that there will soon be more dynamism on the battlefield. Other leaks included events, special weapons and other additions that appear to be part of the expanded roadmap.
Even before the actual start of live support, “Helldivers 2” is extremely successful and achieved something that only very few games manage to do: the weekly sales figures are increasing instead of decreasing:
“Helldivers 2” came onto the market at a budget price of around 40 euros. There were no extensive discounts after the launch, which attracted fraudsters. Product entries in the look of “Helldivers 2” recently appeared on Steam. They promised a significant price reduction, which quickly turned out to be a scam.
