Hades once hit like a bomb and proved to be an extremely successful and popular action RPG. Now the indie hit is also coming to Netflix.
Supergiant Games and Netflix have finalized a new deal that will bring the indie hit Hades to the streaming giant's range of games. Accordingly, the action RPG will soon be available for iOS there.
Anyone who already has a Netflix subscription and has not yet played the excellent roguelike will be able to do so via Netflix in March at no additional cost. Hades will be available there from March 19, 2024. The prerequisite is that you have an iPhone or iPad that uses at least OS version 16.0. If you meet this requirement, all you have to do is log in to Netflix, download Hades and get started.
In Hades you play as Zagreus, the son of Hades, who is trying to escape from the underworld. You will travel to the regions of Tartarus, Asphodel, Elysium and the Temple of Styx before you face the god of the underworld in the final battle.
On iOS, Hades features adjustable touch controls, but you can also wirelessly connect and use a Bluetooth controller to enjoy console-style gameplay. Cloud saves and achievements are also supported in the iOS version.
