After witnessing the return to Italy of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series, for this year Konami has decided to organize the Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship in the United Statessix years after the last international competition held in the USA.
For the first time ever, the next edition of the Yu-Gi-Oh! (WCS) will feature four distinct Tournaments. The first event will feature the Duelists of Yu-Gi-Oh! Collectible Card Gamethe second tournament will be the backdrop to the challenges of the champions of Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Master and the remaining two international competitions will involve pro players from Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links (Speed Duel e Rush Duel).
The event lineup also comes from Konami World Championship Qualifier (WCQ) for America, Europe and Oceania. In these tournaments, the best Duelists from their respective continents will compete to qualify for the Yu-Gi-Oh! WCS 2024, thus gaining the chance to compete to become the new Yu-Gi-Oh! World Champion! GCC.

The 2024 Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship will be held in Seattle, Washington on September 7 and 8.
