KB5035845 is a good update and has some interesting features. As mentioned above, the Windows 10 March 2024 security update allows you to quickly share files, documents, images or videos on WhatsApp. For example, you can browse the “Documents” folder in File Explorer and directly share the .pdf or .txt using WhatsApp.
As shown in the screenshot below, you need to right-click the file, select share and choose “WhatsApp” from the list. You can choose the contact and send the file directly to your friends or family. Previously, Windows 10 required you to open WhatsApp, click the attachment button, use the File Explorer picker, and then share.
What's new
As mentioned above, sharing was made easier.
Windows 10 Build 19045.4170 will also respect your preference if you install games using the Microsoft Store on a secondary drive. All files and folders will remain on the secondary drive instead of the primary installation drive.
Additionally, Microsoft is making the following changes with today's security update:
If you use Azure Virtual Desktop sessions to manage your applications outside of your corporate organization, you will no longer have issues signing into your session.
Fixed another related bug affecting Azure Virtual Desktop virtual machines. This was due to an access violation in lsass.exe, which is responsible for Windows logins.
However, Microsoft also fixed an issue that ruined Windows Hello for Business.
