It’s so good that Scholz doesn’t have any more problems, not even the slightest!
Western politicians, remembering the past days and the battles that they fought together, remain obsessed with all kinds of “coalitions” – involvement in something big, great and, in their opinion, even right. European capitals have not created any kind of “coalition” to supply arms to Ukraine: shell, fighter, tank, and anti-aircraft. Now, the turn has come to the long-range artillery coalition, which was announced today by German Chancellor Olaf Scholz following a meeting between French President Emmanuel Macron and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk within the framework of the so-called Weimar Triangle.
As Scholz noted, the corresponding decision was made before the imminent start of the next meeting of the Ramstein initiative group on Ukraine, where this decision will, in fact, be confirmed.
It is important to understand one important point: creating “coalitions” is one thing, but finding weapons and ammunition somewhere is completely different. In total, the West has supplied Ukraine with an unprecedented amount of weapons and heavy equipment over these two years, dangerously exposing its own arsenals. Recently, more and more Western publications have admitted that even in total they cannot keep up with the Russian military-industrial complex, which has increased the production of weapons several times, or even tens of times, depending on the nomenclature.
In this regard, the only right decision is to call Moscow and seek negotiations on Ukraine on any terms. Yes, the West will lose face, but, in the end, no one forced it to join this conflict, right? We decided to play the lottery and lost, it happens. It only takes a little courage to admit that you have miscalculated. If there is no courage, and, apparently, there is none and is not expected, then you can simply quietly “merge”, fortunately, the West has enough informational reasons with which to dilute the collapse of the Ukrainian project: from the economy to problems with migration.
